These Terms explain the rules that help keep Leavenworth Unlocked adventures enjoyable, safe, and fair for everyone.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing an adventure, or participating in a Leavenworth Unlocked experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Adventure Waiver & Release.
2. Who We Are
Leavenworth Unlocked LLC creates self-guided interactive adventures designed to help visitors explore Leavenworth, Washington through puzzles, challenges, local stories, and partnerships with local businesses.

Our adventures are self-guided experiences. Participants are responsible for their own safety, decisions, transportation, and conduct throughout the adventure.
3. Using Our Adventures
Purchases provide access for one team of up to six (6) participants, unless otherwise stated.
Participants agree to:

Treat employees, residents, and other visitors courteously.

Follow any posted rules or instructions.

Avoid dangerous or restricted areas.

Use good judgment throughout the experience.

Leavenworth Unlocked reserves the right to suspend access without refund if participants engage in unsafe, illegal, abusive, or destructive behavior.
4. Payments & Third-Party Bookings
Adventure purchases are securely processed through Stripe.

Leavenworth Unlocked does not store or process your payment card information.

Third-party services, including payment processors, mapping providers, and other integrated services, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final. If an adventure cannot be completed because of a technical issue caused by Leavenworth Unlocked, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All adventure content, clues, graphics, branding, photographs, logos, maps, text, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Leavenworth Unlocked LLC.
You may enjoy the adventure for your personal use but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the adventure without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Washington law, Leavenworth Unlocked LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in any adventure.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an adventure shall not exceed the amount paid for that adventure.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Your continued use of Leavenworth Unlocked after any updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
